Open Technology
December 2020
Hello, developers!
In 2020, our society has become even more reliant on our ties to technology. And that technology is almost always based in open source.  At IBM, we spent 2020 creating new open source technology that will reinvent the way we approach security, AI, accessibility, edge computing, quantum, and even space technology.

While IBMers released a number of new projects this year that all have exciting potential, there were six projects that stood out as having the biggest potential to disrupt industries and make life easier for developers and tech users. Read the blog post to learn about these new projects.

I'm looking forward to seeing what new open source technology is created in 2021 and how far the developers and open source creators will push the boundaries of innovation.
