July 2020
Hello, Blockchain enthusiasts!
Happy summer, friends!

This is a very exciting time for those of us in the blockchain world: The IBM Blockchain Platform released version 2.5 in June, and it delivers some exciting improvements in several areas. This version not only provides a tighter integration with Red Hat solutions, but it also helps you accelerate the deployment of your blockchain solutions through the support of Ansible.

We continue to look to the experts at the Blockchain Pulse blog for the latest news from throughout the blockchain community -- both inside and outside IBM. You will find a wealth of interesting conversations, stories, opinions, and podcasts from some of the brightest in the field. We highlight a couple of their most recent entries below.

This issue's content focuses on configuring interoperability between two blockchain networks, avoiding outages and data loss in your network, and more. And don't forget about the Call for Code 2020 Global Challenge! It continues through July 31, so be sure to submit your solution soon.
